A new lock was ordered for Pier 5 (a heavy duty, marine grade lock)and It will be installed very soon. There was some pre-fab needed on the door before the new lock would fit. That was started last week so it shouldn't be much longer (same code for entry).

It was removed approximately 2 months ago. Door jammed and nobody could get in or out.

What would the pier think of some free live entertainment by a Elvis impersonator this summer? Maybe  a potluck supper? Looking forward to your replies.

Yes, the water was turned on, however, as of today the water was turned off again on all of the piers due to the cold nights predicted in the next couple of weeks. I'll post again when the water is turned back on. Let's hope that spring really is just around the corner.
