Our Condo is on the 1 mm close to the Dam.  We actually have our boat at a place called Ozark Yacht Club and our condo (Newport) is right next door to that club.  Is your bother's place in Porto Cima? I know that area is across the toll bridge. There are really beautiful homes in that area?  Do  you ever get there?

Yes, we hear it's bad news to change the name of a boat.  Some Beach is cute though?  Where did you get your boat and how big is it?

I can't think of Eric and Charity's boat's name, but it is a houseboat and is about four or five spots from the end (towards Marina Village) next to a boat whose name is Martiniville.  They and I think about four of their friends moved there last year.  They are there a lot, so I'll bet you could find them there yet this fall.

Wow!!  We knew you'd be back into boating SOME DAY!!!  So you are on Pier 8...just across the water.  A house boat, huh?  Well, you've tried all varieties, haven't you?  Glad you are back and glad you are enjoying it.  Yes, we left for the Lake of the Ozarks after July 4.  Are enjoying it there too where we now have a condo.  Not sure yet about next year and if we'll be back at Pier 11.  The floods the last two years really messed us up and were able to spend only a few weekends there.  But we won't lose contact down there since Tim and Natalie go there and lots of other friends.  Sprinks have finished boating for the season already...to much running with their kids.

What's the name of your boat?  We come down for a day now and then to eat at the Yacht Club and just to check on the hoist, etc., so we'll look you up or at least look at your boat.

I guess you know Eric and Charity are on Pier 12 now.
