Tonight is the last Tuesday evening to be open for the 2012 season. CYC will be open Wed-Sun nights 5PM - 10PM for the rest of 2012.
This weekend specials: Friday night Shrimp Scampi or Parmesan Crusted Tilapia or Stuffed Flounder. Saturday night Braised Beef Brisket with Mushroom Onion Balsamic Sauce. Scott will be offering a homemade dessert of Warm Apple Carmel Cake.

CYC held an in-house contest recently for staff to compete in a Chili cookoff. The winning recipe will be on menu beginning this weekend! Make plans to come up, visit with your CYC friends and try out this yummy chili recipe.

CYC is dishing out Octoberfest this weekend! Fri & Sat night sandwich special will be Reuben on grilled Pumpernickel made from slow cooked beef. Fri night special is German style Sauerkraut & Beer Braised Spare Ribs. Saturday night enjoy German Sauerbraten. Make reservations at 270-362-4444.
